The seminar dealt with Definition of the current status of Aswan to the problem of illiteracy and its effects and the role of grass-roots leadership , executive leaders and civil society institutions to solve through the activation of the active participation of groups in society and particularly the role of women to reduce the phenomenon of dropping out of education and human development in rural Egypt .. Hassan Hemeda confirmed that the importance of the participation of men to women in overcoming the issues faced by the Egyptian family in order to achieve an increase in income and advancement in education for their children and Hassan Hemeda added  that characterize the Assembly (Om El-qora) in Aswan in the access to villages deprived and activating the role of rural women solve problems in learning and craft work, which has distinguished in its products all over the country and to achieve family stability in the villages targeted by the Assembly, noting that the experience of the new Aswan in eliminating leakage of education by limiting the people of the province and see the preparation work of dropouts and repeated visits to their families, under the supervision of Jean screening and follow-up of information centers to the development of the village and adult education until the actual development of  Egyptian villages ..in the same context (Mohammad Mostafa) Secretary General said that the governorate through the project aimed at activating the role of information centers of local development programs of development of villages of Egypt, through maximizing people's participation in various aspects of development, led by literacy, in addition to the efforts of the General Authority for Adult Education in the confrontation of illiteracy in Egypt in the context of continuing education for adults and solve the problem abstentions of students targeted for literacy programs .. and pointed to the distinction centers and villages of Aswan in the face of illiteracy and school dropout education, especially the presence of indicators of the Declaration of the Center for Nasr al Nuba free of illiteracy, during the next session of Adult Education
